Washingtonia Robusta, also known as Washingtonia, Wachintona, Mexican palm, Pritchardia, Pichardia, Mexican fan palm, belonging to the Arecaceae family and native to Northwest Mexico and California. It is the fastest growing, most rustic and cheapest palm. It can be over 30m high and is used in groups and in paragraphs. Suitable for large pots. It needs full sun, resists frost, drought and adapts to different types of soil. Easy transplant.
